ATLANTE A $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and charge of a getaway driver who dragged a teenage girl nearly 70 feet, leaving her seriously injured.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. on November 7 along Lanier Boulevard. NE near North Virginia Avenue NE. Kat Bergstrom, 17, remains at Grady Memorial Hospital after multiple surgeries to repair damage caused by the driver.

Atlanta police want to find the driver who hit a teenage girl in the Virginia Highland neighborhood and seriously injured her. The victim remains hospitalized in Grady’s burn unit.

Police obtained several images from residential cameras and used their technology network to track the vehicle for some time.
