Stuart Hogg cuts muscle to regain speed

Exeter and Scotland full-back Stuart Hogg has spent the summer slimming down as he looks to “get some steam back” ahead of the 2023 Rugby World Cup.

The 30-year-old has seriously put on weight during lockdown but has now sought to slim down and has lost “stacks of weight”.

Leaner, meaner Stuart Hogg.

Sinckler, who joined Harlequins, has 45 caps for England and is one of World Rugby’s top stars.
