Broughton Shopping Park has announced that it will hold a job fair in September which will be attended by over ten businesses and businesses.

The business park, which is located next to the Airbus factory, will accommodate a variety of companies and potential employers offering full-time and part-time jobs.

The event will take place on Saturday, September 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Alan Barker, director of the center in Broughton, said: “Over the past few years, our job fair has proven to be extremely successful in finding hundreds of positions for job seekers at the centre.

Retailers confirmed to be present are; Then Clogau, The Entertainer, The Body Shop, Fragrance Shop, Boots, Hays Travel, The Card Factory and Tim Hortons.

In addition to these stores, which are located in the retail park, Bright Lights/The Launch Group will be on hand with information about the launch of a new employability program at Broughton Retail Park.

There will be hundreds of full-time and part-time positions in retail and hospitality.

In addition to this, there will also be advertising of local vacancies in Flinthshire.

Communities For Work Plus and Jobcentre Plus will be available on the same day to advise jobseekers and help them apply.

Alan Barker hopes the job fair will help members of the local community, he said: “The past few years have been so difficult for so many people so we are delighted to provide brilliant opportunities for those from the local community who are looking for a new role or challenge.”
