An Audi Q5 has been stolen from a driveway in Worcester after two cars were previously damaged by thieves.

The car was stolen in Bromwich Road, Worcester between 4pm and 6.30pm on August 27.

Prior to the theft, the keys were stolen from Hanley Swan, from a purse left inside a car.

Between 3.50pm and 5pm the same day, the thieves smashed a car window on Blackmore Road in Hanley Swan and stole change from the car.

They then broke the window of a second car, damaging the paint in the process, to steal the keys to the purse.

Police are appealing for information regarding the theft and damage to the vehicles.

West Mercia Police are keen to hear from anyone who may have information relating to the theft of these items or who may have been in the area at the time of the incidents and heard or saw anything suspicious.
