Concern is growing for an “extremely vulnerable” man who has not been seen since Thursday evening.

Police are asking for information to help find Sean Scott, from Edinburgh.

He was last seen around 5:40 p.m. on Thursday September 1 at the Fort Kinnaird Retail Park.

The 23-year-old, who police described as extremely vulnerable, is described as being slim in build, 5ft 5in tall, with a light beard or beard and short brown hair.

When last seen, he was wearing black and yellow earmuffs that looked like headphones, a plain gray short-sleeved t-shirt, black pants, white sneakers, and white socks.

Inspector Graeme Dignan said: ‘We are increasingly concerned for Sean’s welfare. This is an extremely worrying time for his family and friends.

“We released a CCTV image of Sean earlier today in the hope that someone might recognize him.

“Officers are carrying out a thorough search and reviewing CCTV in an effort to locate him, but there have been no confirmed sightings of him.

“I urge anyone with information on Sean’s whereabouts or who has had contact with him to call Police Scotland on 101citing Incident 2765 of September 1.
